I am TaniTOLUWA Olorunyomi (Tani O.), a NIGERIAN-BORN, CANADIAN-BASED VISUAL STORY-TELLER specializing in portraiture, fashion, and fine art photography.

My practice is built on both formal training at Algonquin College and years of intentional image-making.

I am a student of light. Without light, a photograph cannot be made. and so I behold light with reverence. My process begins before the shutter clicks. Each image is first formed in mind: shaped by intention, that is influenced by experience, and guided with emotion.

Photography, for me, is more than aesthetics. It’s about presence, perspective, and truth. I believe every moment carries a story, and through my work, I aim to frame that story in ways that are honest, compelling, unforgettable and true.
